Boston ranks as the best city in the world for in-office workers, offering the most on-site opportunities (881), and commute times in the city are around 45 minutes.
In second place is Amsterdam. The Dutch city has one of the shortest commute times of all global cities analysed, at 24 minutes for a one-way journey, with a monthly travel pass costing £71.
Madrid ranked third place, as the Spanish city is home to one of the cheapest cups of coffee out of all the cities analysed, at £1.75 per cup. Residents also tend to have a relatively quick commute to work, of around 27 minutes, at an affordable price of £35.
The capital of Portugal, Lisbon was revealed to be the fifth best city for office workers in the world, with the average cost of coffee at £1.66, and a 32-minute commute which only costs £35.
London is the worst city in the world for sending five days a week in the office, with a travel pass costing £181 per month and a one-way journey to work taking 46 minutes on average.
