IDA Ireland is providing support for the company’s growth in Ireland.
According to Element, Chris Gittens, Executive Vice President of Leasing, who oversaw the company’s operations in Canada before, would be in charge of Element’s Dublin operation. He served as the organisation’s chief information officer as well.
President and CEO of Element Fleet Management Laura Dottori-Attanasio stated, “We can optimise related operations, drive greater strategic focus, and ultimately further elevate our clients’ leasing experience by centralising accountabilities for our leasing function into a global leasing centre of excellence.”
“Ireland presents an ideal environment for Element to expand operations because of its rich pool of professionals who have specialised knowledge and expertise in the leasing industry,” she stated.
The Minister for Enterprise, Trade, and Employment, Simon Coveney, stated, “As a global leader in fleet management, Element’s investment in the region is a testament to our welcoming economy and to the specialised and skilled workforce we have in Dublin and across the country.”
The decision to add 70 new positions in Dublin, according to Michael Lohan, CEO of IDA Ireland, highlights the nation’s standing as a pioneer in the leasing sector and its achievements in fostering a first-rate business climate to draw in investment from Canada and elsewhere.
